Clean Kars is a mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating service based in Mount Sinai, New York, serving Suffolk County. We come to a location you provide — typically your home driveway or garage. We offer full-vehicle detailing and Gyeon Quartz ceramic coating packages. We do not offer interior-only or exterior-only detailing.

Quotes are free and are based on the photos and information you provide. Your quote is an estimate until we confirm the final price with you; the condition of your vehicle in person may affect the final number. Heavily soiled, damaged, or neglected vehicles may require additional work and cost, which we will discuss with you before starting.

Promotional pricing and special offers are available for a limited time, apply only to the vehicle types and services described in the offer, and may be changed or ended at any time. Nothing is charged before you approve your quote.

Once you approve your quote, a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment date. Your deposit is applied toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable only if you no-show or cancel without reasonable notice; otherwise, your deposit is applied to a rescheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances outside our control. If we cancel or cannot perform a scheduled service, your deposit is refunded or applied to a new date, your choice.

Because we come to you, you agree to provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for us to work in. You are responsible for confirming that we are permitted to perform the service at that location (for example, HOA, landlord, or municipal rules). Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment; we are not responsible for personal items left inside.

Every ceramic coating job includes full preparation — hand wash, iron decontamination, clay bar, and a one-step machine polish that removes 70–80% of swirls. A one-step polish is not a multi-stage paint correction; deep scratches, etching, or defects that require wet-sanding or multi-stage correction are a separate service and are not guaranteed to be removed.

Coating durability depends on proper aftercare and normal use. Coating lifespan estimates (such as “3-year” or “5-year”) describe expected performance under reasonable care and are not a guarantee against damage from accidents, improper washing, harsh chemicals, abrasion, or neglect. We will provide aftercare guidance; following it is your responsibility.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for the full quoted amount for the service performed.

We may photograph or record vehicles we service for quality records and for our portfolio and marketing (website, social media, and advertising). We cover or blur license plates in public-facing images. If you do not want photos of your vehicle used publicly, tell us and we will honor that request.

By submitting your phone number, you agree that Clean Kars may call or text you regarding your quote request, appointment, or related services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. We take care with every vehicle we service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Kars is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear; for damage arising from conditions we could not reasonably detect or that you did not disclose; or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Report any concern to us promptly so we can make it right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Suffolk County, New York.
